Commercial Processing Workload (CPW) is IBM's benchmark metric for comparing relative processor capacity on IBM i systems across Power Systems generations and models. CPW ratings are commonly used during sizing conversations to compare a current system against candidate Power11 configurations, alongside rPerf for AIX and Linux comparisons.
